How to make a question set:
An indented outline form is helpful but it not required.
Blanks lines in the outline are ignored.
You may use them for organization and making pasting easier.
\\ double back slashs makes a new line in the text.
Note that some entries automatically give a new line.
All spaces in front of a line are ignored. If you want
to force spaces use a tilde ~ for each space.
Anything after a colon ':' is a comment and will be ignored.
A line beginning with a colon may also be used as a comment.
If you use a YAML editor a colon in your text will show
the associated text in color.
Just ignore this. It will print normally.
Instruction
Use this for reading text and or instructions.
Leave this blank if not introducing a new group of questions.
Line numbering may be used if desired.
